Along my 30 year journey of self and life discovery I have now integrated my offerings. These three have had a profound impact on my life but all relate to frequency which has been the base line of my learnings and knowing.

About Me
What inspires me is Love and Frequency. When I remembered I have the innate ability to heal myself, as does everyone, I then began to explore all elements of self which lead me to remember the deep connection we have to all of creation.
My heart sings when I walk beside individuals on their journey towards self-discovery and inner harmony, even if it's for a brief moment.
I love collaborating, sharing and discovering with others who hold the desire to connect, to love and be true to self.
